Minutes from the Feb. 11, 2025 meeting were approved by unanimous vote after a motion by Councilor Karen Phillips and a second by Councilor Bryan Gonzalez. Accounts payable items presented via handout were likewise approved unanimously on a motion by Councilor Charlene Louk and seconded by Councilor Karen Phillips. The minutes record states, "The Budget Submission was passed after unanimous vote upon the motion by Charlene Louk which was seconded by Karen Phillips."
