Royal City Mayor Ryan Piercy and the City Council voted on March 17 to authorize the Mayor to sign a 2026 Interlocal Agreement (ILA) with the Grant County Health District and to make payment per the terms of the agreement. Finance Director Janice Flynn presented the item and Council moved to approve the Mayor’s signature and payment arrangements (motion carried).
Council also recorded an acknowledgement of dual representation by attorney Katherine Kenison during the ILA discussion. No formal vote tally was recorded in the minutes. The item was presented as part of the Finance Director’s staff report and was entered into the consent of actions approved at the meeting.
