Art Smith, representing the Trail Ridge Estates HOA, addressed the public forum to request installation of gravel and pavilions at Trail Ridge Park and asked the city to consider sharing costs with the HOA. Council and staff discussed the request; staff noted the pavilion had been planned as part of development phasing for the project.
Council and staff did not take a funding vote during the public forum. The matter was discussed in the context of the Trail Ridge development and a later change order that the council approved for concrete and pavilion-related work; however, the council did not tie a specific dollar share to the HOA request at the July 1 meeting.
