Mike Chandler, representing the Ash Creek Special Services District, briefed the council on work at the Confluence Park Treatment Plant, new pipeline installations within the district, and impact fees associated with the Solara development. He answered council questions about Firelight sewer lines, pipeline cleaning, and road patches on Creekside left from prior sewer repairs.
Assistant City Manager Darrin LeFevre updated the council on work on the Toquerville Parkway, saying the city had installed “new guardrails that were installed,” and provided progress notes on the Boulder Ridge development and pending development applications. He also addressed questions about South Central Broadband activity on the parkway. No formal actions or budget votes accompanied these updates.
