The board approved a rezoning request from Bethany Elrod (2914 Ridgeland Road, Easton Alley, Parcel 45046) to rezone 5 acres from agricultural intensive to agricultural residential for residential use. Staff said the Planning Commission recommended approval.
At the hearing the applicant (introduced on the agenda as Bethany Elrod) spoke in favor and said the rezoning would allow separating that parcel from the original estate to enable sale: "We want to, rezone this to sell this estate, separate this parcel from the, original main body." The board moved, seconded and approved the rezoning by voice vote.
No opposition to the item was recorded in the hearing.
