Cherokee County hears road-and-bridge update; Park Drive funding to be checked

He said crews are "mowing wherever they are at" and confirmed they would address a reported hole on Star east of 82nd Street and monitor traffic increases on old Highway 66.
Commissioner Lorie Johnson told the Board she had spoken with municipal staff in Columbus about asphalt work on Park Drive and asked whether remaining District 2 asphalt funds could be redirected to finish that project; Zook said he would find out. The exchange ended with no formal motion; the Board treated the item as an operational update and follow-up task for staff.
