A commissioner asked staff to include a plat or sketch because the document was not in the agenda packet: "Make sure you include a sketch or a plat... since it wasn't in the agenda," they said. The board approved the abandonment and the LRA form by voice vote; staff indicated the LRA is required state documentation and will be completed and filed as part of the abandonment process.
