Bumgardner proposed constructing an exterior wall between OSU and the Solid Waste offices; Commissioner Antram moved and Commissioner Fitzpatrick seconded approval and the motion carried. He also proposed relocating the Lakeview Recycling Center, recommending use of remaining tornado-recovery funds supplemented by Solid Waste District funds; commissioners agreed and directed Bumgardner to work with the village on next steps.
