Administrator proposes data-center moratorium; residents ask to revisit flat-roof boathouse ordinance

During public comment, Mercer resident Tim Tyler asked about the county ordinance that prevents flat-roof boathouses. Tyler put Don Ziblis on speaker, and Ziblis said he owns six properties in Mercer, including shoreland properties, and requested the Flat Roof ordinance be brought back for discussion. The committee voted to place the boathouse ordinance on the June agenda.
