Tilton rezone postponed; Corbley accessory building approved pending town input

A rezone request by Richard and Jill Tilton (A-1 to R-3 of a ten-acre parcel at the corner of County Road D and Range View Drive) was postponed because the Town of Kimball had not yet provided input. The committee agreed to address the Tilton request at the June meeting so Town input could be considered.
Separately, Todd and Elizabeth Corbley’s application for a 2,400-square-foot accessory building at 7507W Nagles Rd., Town of Knight, was approved pending receipt of town input. Administrator Erika Roeder confirmed the required plans meet ordinance language; the motion to approve pending town input was made by Steve Finco and seconded by Karen Lauer.
