Administrator Erika Roeder said required paperwork was provided and that the Town of Pence had notified the property owners the location is the final stop on the snowplow route and may experience delays in road clearing.
Chair Patrick Hanson opened the item to public comment; none was received. The motion to approve was made by Karen Lauer and seconded by Jeff Nevala; the motion carried.
