Separately, Commissioner Deloyce McKee moved to approve Resolution 2026-28 establishing a temporary fund for the Auto Plaza Community Improvement District sales tax; Commissioner Yenzer seconded and the motion passed 5-0. The minutes do not record dollar amounts for budget lines or the temporary fund; staff will publish the required notices and hold the hearings as scheduled.
