Commission adopts amendment to manufactured-home-park rules in the UDR

Commissioners discussed potential community impacts and effects on permitted uses across districts. Doug Kern moved to approve the amendment as written; Robert Busby seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The approved amendment will be processed through the county's formal adoption steps and reflected in the UDR text. Staff did not record additional conditions or amendments during the meeting; the commission adopted the amendment on a unanimous vote at the July 16 session.
