Commissioner Bernie Narvaez reported that the Napa Yacht Club has expressed interest in hosting the commission's 2026 Army–Navy Watch Party. Narvaez volunteered to lead the 2026 committee and said he will create a flyer for distribution through the Board of Supervisors' newsletter and county postings.
Deputy Director Aaron Cadore asked that the commission coordinate with CSOA staff early so the county and commission can work together on budget planning. The agenda item included a standing note about possible reimbursement from Health and Human Services Agency funds for NCVC related to the December 13, 2025 event, but no expense report was presented at this meeting.
