Commissioners appoint Matthew Price chair and shift meetings to fourth-Wednesday lunch hour

Commissioner Bernie Narvaez moved to appoint Price; Commissioner Joseph Harbison seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Commissioner Price told the commission he had emailed Commissioners Karpuk, Hagen and Nolan to confirm whether they wish to remain on the panel but had not yet received definitive replies. Commissioner Narvaez made the motion to change the meeting time to the noon hour, citing improved attendance; Harbison seconded and that motion also passed unanimously. The decisions were recorded during roll call and routine agenda approvals at the start of the meeting.
