Two residents spoke during the public-comment portion of the planning commission's May 27 meeting to describe road access issues near the site of the proposed outdoor storage CUP2616.
Robert Philip and Brian Pfannenstiel told the commission they have concerns about access to their properties on the west and east sides of the proposed project. Environmental Services Director Justin Craig responded that he would contact Road and Bridge to discuss the road issues and follow up with the commission. No mitigation or formal condition was recorded in the minutes; staff follow-up is planned prior to the county-commission review on June 16, 2026.
