Commission approves grade change for auditor's administrative assistant

Human Resources Director Nichole Degenstein presented a proposed classification change for the Administrative Assistant position in the Auditor's Office, moving the role from grade 4 to grade 5. Degenstein described the recommended change to the commission during the July 15 special meeting.
Commissioner Jim Rostad moved to approve the grade change, Commissioner Schuler seconded, and a roll call vote followed. Commissioners Rostad, Merritt, Olson, Schuler and Chair Fjeldahl all voted yes; the motion passed and the grade change was approved during the meeting.
