Supervisors elect Stier chair, Connors vice chair of Calumet County Public Safety Committee

The Calumet County Public Safety Committee elected Supervisor Peter Stier as chair and Supervisor Alice Connors as vice chair during its May 6, 2026 meeting in Chilton. Supervisor Alice Connors nominated Stier for chair and Supervisor Andy Cleveland seconded; the motion carried unanimously. Supervisor Stier then nominated Connors for vice chair, again seconded by Supervisor Cleveland, and that motion also carried unanimously.
The leadership votes took place during routine organizational business at the start of the meeting, which was called to order by Sheriff Brett Bowe at 8:30 a.m. Supervisors Peter Stier, Alice Connors, Paul McCann, Joseph Mueller and Andy Cleveland were recorded as present. The committee set its next regular meeting for June 3, 2026.
