The Lantana Town Council convened a budget workshop on June 9, 2025, where Town Manager Brian Raducci and Finance Director Steven Kaplan walked council members and the public through preliminary FY2025–26 revenue projections, personnel proposals and capital priorities. Raducci opened the meeting by stressing the session was informational: "So no action will be taken this evening," he said, repeating that staff expects to refine numbers before a July workshop.
Kaplan presented the core fiscal picture, noting current certified taxable value at about $1.9 billion and a projected certified value of a little over $2.0 billion for the coming year. The council approved the meeting agenda at the outset (motion carried 5–0) and reserved budget decisions for later workshops and the scheduled public hearings in September.
