Superintendent Patrick Brose presented the contract and pay scale. "Reid Pearcy moved to approve the contract. Amanda Hines seconded," the minutes record. The roll call recorded four ayes: Karen Barnett, Shonti Burke, Reid Pearcy and Amanda Hines; there were no nays, no abstentions and one vacant seat.
Board members said the action formalizes the recommended pay adjustments for classified staff; the minutes do not record dissenting comments. The contract was approved by motion and recorded as an official board action. The board also noted the vacancy on the board that remains unfilled.
