Ardurra Project Manager Mark Hagedorn, P.E. oversaw the bid opening and identified Peak Environmental as the apparent low bidder for site preparation and Mascot Equipment Company as the sole bidder for tank installation. Hagedorn said he will review bids for compliance and budget alignment and return a recommendation to the court. The court voted to authorize Judge Hamsher to execute the FAA Grant Offer upon receipt and moved to sign awards after staff recommendations. Motion by Hamsher; Rowell seconded.
The authorization in the consent packet listed a not-to-exceed project amount of $1,284,319 tied to available grant funding; court members approved the consent agenda containing that request. No contract awards were signed at the meeting pending the project's bid analysis and formal recommendation.
