County conveys two Farmington parcels to Janet Huff; Parcel C retained

Following a July 14 public hearing, the board authorized quitclaim deeds and an affidavit of title to transfer Auditor's Parcel A and B to Janet Huff of Farmington and retained Parcel C after no bids were received; motion passed unanimously.
The Board of Supervisors completed steps to convey county-owned property on the northeasterly side of the city of Farmington. After a public hearing on July 14, 2025, the board approved the sale of Auditor's Parcel "A" and Auditor's Parcel "B" to Janet Huff of Farmington and noted that no bids were received for Auditor's Parcel "C," which the county will retain.
On motion by Supervisor House, seconded by Supervisor Waugh, the chairman was authorized to sign quitclaim deeds and an affidavit explanatory of title to finalize the conveyance of Parcels A and B to Janet Huff. Vote: Ayes 3.
