Finally, the council piggybacked a Delray Beach invitation‑to‑bid to contract Linetec to survey 350 water service locations (private and municipal sides of the meter) at a cost of $38,500 to identify service‑line materials as part of a federally prompted inventory process. All three motions passed 5‑0.
