Clerk Page updated the board on audit matters, saying there was no election audit and discussing the Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) for the county audit and financial-software issues. Deputy Clerk Yates requested that timecards she approves be reviewed by the Board before finalization.
The board approved 29 certificates of residency and denied two: EDUID #100731700 (no proof of residency) and EDUID #54269315 (non-resident). Commissioner Schaeffer moved the residency motion and Commissioner Orton seconded; the motion carried. Commissioner Schaeffer also reported on the Southern Idaho Solid Waste meeting and several pieces of correspondence were noted, including a retirement flyer from Chris Stewart, the Minidoka County Historical Society Museum newsletter, and a PacifiCorp letter regarding the Gateway West 500 kV transmission line and FERC. The meeting adjourned at 1:43 p.m.
