Heyman said the board needs to identify appropriate drain-field locations and consider options for shared maintenance costs among users or owners.
Chairman John Anzivino noted the development value of holding DEQ permits for a high-capacity discharge and suggested the EDA pursue grant funding to support site improvements that would increase development readiness. The board discussed the operational and permitting steps required to make the site viable for future development.
