"The proposed action to be taken is to grant a variance to allow for an additional 4th home off of an existing easement," the presenter said. The land-use public hearing recorded no speakers in opposition and the board carried the motion to approve under new business.
Planning staff will complete the post-approval processing and advise the applicant of permit requirements and any conditions attached to the variance.
