The Duchesne County Commission discussed and ratified a leasing agreement with Super Com to provide tracking services for the county probation program. Commissioners were told the new agreement costs significantly less than the previous provider and Deputy Attorney Grant Charles reported no legal objections to proceeding.
Commissioner Tracy Killian moved to ratify the leasing agreement and authorize the sheriff to execute the contract; Commissioner Jeff Chugg seconded the motion and it passed with Commissioners Killian, Chugg and Chairman Greg Miles voting aye.
