County updates rain monitoring, expects isolated closures; Lake Berryessa near 95%

“We expect about an inch and 0.5 of rain today, and it should end by the evening,” Bieseck said, adding that ditches were filling but holding as designed and that the county did not anticipate longer‑term damages. Another board member reported water‑supply conditions were favorable: Lake Berryessa was described as “basically at 95% as of today.”
Supervisors asked about sandbag availability for residents; staff indicated locations and updates would be shared on the county site. The board did not report any active, county‑wide road closures at the time of the briefing.
