Florida Cruz, assistant finance director for the City of Vallejo, asked the oversight board to adopt the Vallejo successor agency's ROPS for the 07/01/2025–06/30/2026 period. Cruz said the agency's enforceable obligations total about $1,173,275 and that the RPTTF funding requested is roughly $1,000,136; an administrative budget of $46,000 was included.
Cruz told the board no new items were added and that all items had been previously approved by the Department of Finance. Board members had an opportunity for questions, then moved to approve the ROPS by roll call; the measure passed 6-0.
The approval allows the successor agency to continue meeting its enforceable obligations under the stated funding plan.
