Miles Dixon presented the Fairfield successor agency's ROPS and outlined a request for $636,112 for the 07/01/2025–06/30/2026 period, including $175,000 in administrative costs. Dixon said the agency is monitoring loans or bonds and managing three parcels intended for sale; some obligations extend as far as 2042.
Board members asked clarifying questions about outstanding obligations and timing. After the presentation and questions, the board approved the ROPS by roll call, 6-0. The approval allows the successor agency to continue funding enforceable obligations and refine plans for asset disposition and any prepayments to wind down the agency earlier if feasible.
