The tractor purchase will be made through Kibble Equipment via a Sourcewell bid, the council noted. The ground radar unit is aimed at improving accuracy and safety when locating buried utilities before excavation. No financing source was amended during the motion; council recorded the actions as routine equipment replacements and capital purchases.
