City Recorder Nicole Tritten told the Council that the Aufderheide Scenic Bikeway panel for Portal Park had been received and asked for direction on which of two panels to remove to make space. Mayor Watson offered to confer with Portal Maintenance Operator Bill Desser on placement.
Tritten said she, the mayor and City Operator Bobby Archer were scheduled to attend a virtual meeting with Civil West Engineering on May 7 for a progress report on the Wastewater Facilities Plan (WWFP). She also said she had signed up for a five-part grant-writing class, though she was unsure how directly applicable the course (geared toward nonprofits) would be to local government grant work.
