Love, seconded by Mayor Watson; carried 4'''0to 0) and voted to approve May expenditures totaling $60,314.63 (motion by Councilor Deretta Huey, seconded by Councilor Love; carried 4'''0to 0). The minutes do not specify the vendors or line-item breakdown for the approved expenditures.
