Nicole asked who would serve as Budget Committee Chairperson; D'Lynn Williams volunteered and there were no objections, effectively appointing her as chair for the session. The Committee set the next meeting for May 14 at 5:30 p.m., or May 15 at 5:30 p.m. if needed. Mayor Watson recessed the meeting at 7:49 p.m.
