Long-term-care staff (S5) described the conference as highly valuable to operations and training, saying it is "probably 1 of the best conferences" she has attended and that sessions include material from CMS and managed-care presenters. Staff said prior conference work had produced useful slides and vendor contacts that help county operations and that the training budget request was recommended by long-term-care leadership.
