As part of the outreach plan, the Board accepted a late‑September poster session to collect public feedback on draft topics. Members discussed formats for the poster session and agreed it will follow the one‑month survey period to capture input from those who may not complete the survey.
Lianne Prentice will create a spreadsheet of suggested contacts and distribute it to the Board for input, then deliver the list to Danielle at LRPC. The Board scheduled an August 12 work session at 5:30 p.m. to review and refine draft survey questions ahead of the poster session and drafting period.
