Tamworth Planning Board reviews expanded master plan scope from LRPC

Ann Pollard opened the July 15 work session of the Tamworth Planning Board and turned the floor to staff from LRPC for a review of the proposed master plan scope. LRPC’s outline would organize the plan into new or updated chapters on land use, housing, recreation, transportation, economic development and facilities & services.
Board members discussed the scope and were asked to suggest people for interviews and outreach. The presentation set a working schedule for drafting chapters from October through March and asked the Board to help refine outreach materials and survey questions ahead of the community input period.
