At the public-comment portion of the meeting, resident George Rosson recounted repeated complaints about a condemned mobile home and adjacent campers at 140 Bear Paw Lane, saying, "We have a mobile home on Bear Paw Lane that was condemned about 4 years ago because of mold and there still hasn't been anything done to it." He told the commission the site remains occupied, that renters use camper spots near the trailer, and expressed health concerns for neighbors.
Kent, the county's code-enforcement/agency official, responded with the county's recent enforcement history: he said the office had filed criminal charges and pursued the matter in justice court, that an agreement for remediation had been reached in the past, and asked Rosson for updated photos. Kent offered in-person availability "either the 3rd or 4th of June from 09:30 until 5" and the two agreed to meet Wednesday, June 3 at 09:30 to review new evidence. Kent said the office will not enter private property but will act on verifiable, public‑facing evidence and has previously had officers visit the site.
