Chairman Kim David said the Commission would consider a recommendation from the Oil & Gas Conservation Division and called for a motion to issue a Notice of Proposed Emergency Rulemaking concerning Chapter 5: Rules of Practice.
Tracy Case, deputy general counsel, presented the recommendation and "requested that the Commission make a motion to issue the Notice of Proposed Emergency Rulemaking for Chapter 5: Rules of Practice." Chairman Kim David "ADOPTED THE MOTION and CALLED FOR A VOTE to issue the Notice of Proposed Emergency Rulemaking." The Commission voted: Commissioner David Aye; Commissioner Hiett Aye; Commissioner Bingman Aye. The motion passed, authorizing issuance of the Notice of Proposed Emergency Rulemaking identified as Case No. RM2026-000002 to amend OAC 165:5.
