Corporation Commissioners approve PSO generation-acquisition order 2-1; Bingman to file dissent

The Oklahoma Corporation Commission voted 2-1 on May 11, 2026 to approve a revised proposed final order in Case No. PUD2025-000064, an application by Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO) seeking Commission preapproval for the acquisition and cost recovery of generation facilities under OAC 165:35-25-3(e).
