Maintenance worker says TNT left Camelot Park bathrooms 'in deplorable condition'; supervisors order deposit withheld, ban future reservations

The Board reviewed photos and the items collected by Roshon and directed Township Manager Anne Klepfer to retain the security deposit if it remains in the Township's possession and to inform TNT that it is no longer permitted to reserve Camelot Park fields for tournament play. Chair Steven Rothenberger and other supervisors voted to uphold the conditions of the township's facility use agreement.
The action is administrative rather than a legal finding: the Board relied on Roshon's account and photographic evidence presented at the meeting. Klepfer said staff would notify TNT and take the deposit steps the Board authorized, and the Township will monitor future rentals more closely.
