Board approves HUDL camera fix and a $3,999 BIA change order for facilities work

The board approved a technical solution to improve the HUDL camera angle in the gym after a presentation by Eric Freund and staff. Eric said he and Dave had "figured out how to suspend it from the other side of the gym" and that the camera "seemed to be working much better" because the increased space allowed for a better angle; the board agreed to implement the change and requested training for coaches on the traveling camera.
Separately, Jarae Cate moved to approve a BIA change order for $3,999; Nancy Armstrong-Montes seconded and the motion carried. The board also agreed on a new gym floor logo during discussion of athletic matters and facilities updates.
