Council adjourns Trappe workshop; motion to close approved unanimously

Commissioner Rose Potter moved to close the workshop at 5:43 p.m.; Commissioner Michael Sullivan seconded, and the motion was approved by all five council members present (Commissioner Schmidt, Jeremy Newnam, Michael Sullivan, Rose Potter and Walter Chase).
The motion followed discussion of three options for the wastewater influent screen presented earlier in the workshop by Bearing Construction’s Frank Carman. No formal procurement vote was taken during the workshop; council members said they would decide on the screen option at the regular meeting later that evening and notify Bearing Construction of the outcome.
