Trappe council approves prep work and rubber mulch for Lakeview Park playground

Councilmembers Michael Sullivan, President Schmidt, Rose Potter and Walter Chase voted to approve the combined contracts; Commissioner Jeremy Newnam voted against the motion. The council did not attach additional conditions to the approvals in the minutes.
