Trappe introduces new procurement ordinance; public hearing set for Dec. 4

Commissioner Jeremy Newnam moved to introduce Ordinance 4-2024; Commissioner Michael Sullivan seconded the motion and the Council approved introduction unanimously.
A public hearing for Ordinance 4-2024 was scheduled for Dec. 4, 2024 at 5:45 p.m., according to the minutes. The minutes record the ordinance’s introduction but do not include the full policy text; the Council will consider public input at the Dec. 4 hearing before any adoption vote.
