Administrator Erin Braband told the council that only one bid was received in response to the town’s request for proposals. "The bid was from LB Water in the amount of $171,064.35," she said. Commissioner Michael Sullivan moved to award the project to LB Water and Commissioner Rose Potter seconded; the motion was unanimously approved.
Council members did not record alternative funding sources at the meeting beyond noting the purchase was to be paid from ARPA funds. No construction schedule was provided during the meeting.
