The project will install new sidewalks and curb ramps on the south side of Pfeiffer Street, a route that staff noted leads directly to the school and currently lacks sidewalks.
Staff said the project is scheduled for state bid letting in June and that the city has budgeted its share in the 2025 gas tax fund. A councilmember said adding sidewalks for children is an important priority.
