Tritten also reported administrative items: termination of the intergovernmental agreement with Lane County Animal Services as of June 30 due to lack of budgeted funding; plans to improve City Hall file structure and transition to new Windows 11 workstations; purchase of new council room chairs for $244 (half funded by a citizen donation) and ordering a new flagpole for $671.30 (half covered by donation). She reported transferring $45,000 from the LGIP account to Banner Bank in June to ensure cash for the new fiscal year. The council approved July expenditures totaling $82,139.23 and approved a $29 donation to the Lane Council of Governments Senior Meals Program.
