The West Windsor Selectboard approved an event application and a DLL (Designated Licensed Location) permit for a private family celebration at Ascutney Outdoors scheduled for Aug. 29, 2026. Ascutney Outdoors Executive Director KG Moore presented the application and the board discussed catering, alcohol service and emergency-services signoffs before voting to approve both the event application and Brownsville Butcher & Pantry’s DLL permit.
The board’s approval was unanimous. The Selectboard reviewed safety and service plans, and the motion to approve was made by John Brodie and seconded by Mark Harley. No additional conditions were recorded in the minutes; staff will follow up as needed with event organizers on permits and signoffs.
