ECFiber representative Ken Parrot told the West Windsor Selectboard on July 27 that the company "has now completed their planned construction in all 31 towns in their service area." He said the company has also received a grant to finance conduit installations that can reduce or eliminate connection costs for qualified residents.
Parrot directed residents to ECFiber’s webpage for details and signups. The announcement drew no board objection; the item was informational and no Selectboard action was required. The presentation was introduced during the meeting’s announcements and is intended to expand affordable broadband access for residents in the region.
